Here is my Zillow review: We used Caitlin to move across the country and purchase our condo (site unseen) in Milwaukee, WI. (in The Third Ward). First, I was blown away by Caitlin immediately. I sent a long list of questions via email to three different realtors I located on Zillow; Caitlin was the only one to respond with answers to my questions AND they were much more detailed than I expected AND full of information I didn't even know I needed answers to. Believe it or not, she even replied to my email on Easter Sunday while on vacation with her husband! (I know, right? Believe me, she's amazing!) Second, she is personable, friendly, and is not afraid to hustle (she took videos of properties and her describing the properties to us while she walked through them since we were two time zones away). Third, Caitlin has an abundance of real estate industry knowledge; she is familiar with the local area and communities, the local condo market and trends, the needs and wants of local buyers and sellers, and even information about possibly turning purchases into rental properties at a later date. She is also highly versed in real estate transactions, procedures, processes, and timelines. Finally, Caitlin is trustworthy, kind, and professional. I would definitely recommend Caitlin to anyone looking to buy their first condo! (I can't attest to this, but I imagine that if you are looking to buy a home instead of a condo, she is still the best around).

A real estate professional that finally gets it!! ...and how? ...by listening and understanding her clients needs, desires, and goals. We were challenging clients, opinionated, busy, traveling professionals, that had a somewhat particular taste in property. Caitlin, listened, evaluated and presented us with a few options, one of which was perfect, and checked all the boxes. We closed on that condo, and she was further able to put us in touch with some great contractors, to help make it our personalized oasis. We then We're tasked with selling our suburban home. After interviewing several local agents, we decided to give Caitlin an opportunity. Again, she listened and understood our situation. Caitlin is great! At the start of my home/condo search, all I knew was that I wanted to find a place in Milwaukee. I didn't have any specifics on what part of town or if I wanted a house or condo.
